Return & Refund Policy

At Flexxcart, we want you to be happy with your Bags and Jewelry purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a simple and clear return process.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your package is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@flexxcart.shop with your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
