1. Shipping Cost

We believe in keeping things simple. We charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00 USD for all orders delivered within the United States.

2. Delivery Timeframes

To help you track your order, here are our standard processing and delivery times:

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
• Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time we take to prepare your order for shipment.
• Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your items to your door.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

4. Changes to Your Order

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to make any changes.
